The days when I was so Ill…
The days when I had no money… The days when I broke down in tears…
The days when I read but couldn’t remember…
The days when I was insulted and manipulated…
The days when I felt so confused…
The days I felt helpless and hopeless…
The days when I couldn’t sing and pray…
And
The days when I danced…
The days when I was recommended…
The days when I remembered it all…
The days when my prayers were answered…
The days when I couldn’t stop smiling…
The days when I was healthy…
The days when I sang on top on my lungs…
The days when I laughed long and hard…
I am grateful, indeed I am. Some couldn’t make it to the final lap of the race.
I am grateful because God has raised me up to more than I can be.
I am grateful for my everyday, my family, friends, my tutors and course mates. The combo made me better.
I am proud to be an Ophthalmic nurse. I am proud to be a Sight saver. I am proud to be associated with VISION 2020:THE RIGHT TO SIGHT.
I’m sorry I was away for so long but am glad to be back. God bless you.

Being grateful is one of the best ways we can show our appreciation to our Maker, God and King for all the wonderful things He has done. And when you appreciate a King for one thing, He will do even more.
