Reaching out blinding to the alarm clock, she slapped it shut and groaned. How she hate Monday! All on her mind as she left the rumpled sheet 5 minutes later and stifled a yawn as she head for the bathroom was how she tobeat traffic and be at work before 7:30.
Come to think of it, what is your priority, what are pursuing? What seeketh thou ladies and gentlemen? Is it wealth, job, recognition, healing, position etc.
Do you realize we all closer to death and Christ coming than ever before and already in the new year, people are victims of the inevitable.
Are you sure you are on the right path to the glorious end? It is either you are or not. Let’s find out if we are…
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Matthew 6:33 KJV
Ever wondered why you’re yet to get to that point of addition despite all your struggles: waking up early, meeting deadlines, getting all the qualifications, doing this and that yet little or nothing to show for it.
In 2 Chron. 1:7-12, read an account of what Solomon prioritized and the result. Read Ruth 1:15-18; 4:13-18, see what she prioritized and the result.
Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.
Matthew 6:33 NLT
Let your priority be to see
the kingdom of God on a per second basis and constantly ask yourself the questions, what will Jesus do? If the rapture takes place now, would I be found worthy? One must first surrender his or her life to Christ via being convinced of one sins, confessing them, accepting Christ as one Lord and Savior and deciding not go back to sin by the grace of God.
Pursue Righteousness. Live righteously.
Seek the Lord , all who are humble, and follow his commands. Seek to do what is right and to live humbly. Perhaps even yet the Lord will protect you— protect you from his anger on that day of destruction.
Zephaniah 2:3 NLT
And then he will give you everything you need. And all these things shall be added unto you.
I beseech thee, O Lord , remember now how I have walked before thee in truth and with a perfect heart, and have done that which is good in thy sight. And Hezekiah wept sore. And it came to pass, afore Isaiah was gone out into the middle court, that the word of the Lord came to him, saying, Turn again, and tell Hezekiah the captain of my people, Thus saith the Lord , the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will heal thee: on the third day thou shalt go up unto the house of the Lord.
2 Kings 20:3-5 KJV
I pray God give us the grace and strength to deal and do away with anything that has hindered us from our places of addition and enable to make the Kingdom of God our priority and pursue righteous living. Amen
