The eyes is the window of the human body, through this window the body gets light.  So what if the windows are not functional?

There is hardly any believer who cannot relate with this wonderful hymn. She brought comfort to Christian hearts and stirred up inspiration that will abide as long as life shall last.

INSPIRATION: [United States], March 24, 1820. She became blind at the age of six weeks from maltreatment of her eyes during a period of sickness.
Despite that, she got educated, wrote thousand of hymns alongside what was highlighted as her occupation and was a  teacher. Miss Fanny Crosby had the honor of being the first woman whose voice was heard publicly in the [United States] Senate Chamber at Washington. She read a poem there on one occasion.

I’ll let her inspire you by herself.

Fanny loves her work, and is happy in it. She is always ready either to sympathize or join in a mirthful conversation, as the case may be. The secret of this contentment dates from her first composition at the age of eight years. “It has been the motto of my life,” she says. Itis:
“O what a happy soul am I!
Although I cannot see,
I am resolved that in this world
Contented I will be;
How many blessings I enjoy
That other people don’t!
To weep and sigh because I’m blind,
I cannot, and I won’t.”

This has continued to be her philosophy. She says that had it not been for her affliction she might not have so good an education, nor so great an influence, and certainly not so fine a memory. She knowsa great many portions of the Bible by heart, and had committed to memory the first four books of the Old Testament, and also the four Gospels before she was ten years of age.

Hmmmm…if you can read this then I suppose the windows of your body are opened.
